Rules/Regulations:
* Smoking is not allowed in the house or around other guests out side.
* Guests are not allowed to have pets on the premises.
* All reservations require 100% deposit.
Confirmation of reservation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
* Check-in any time after 3:00 PM and before 5:00pm. If you are going to be earlier than 3pm or later than 5pm please let us know.
* Check-out by 11:00 AM.
* Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used for up to one year of original reservation date towards another reservation.
* All offers and prices are subject to change without notice.
* No Shows will be charged for the entire amount of the stay (number of days times room rate plus tax).
* Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Our policy also applies to early departures (shortened reservations). Less than one month (30 days) notice will result in full charges for the number of room(s) and days reserved.
