All Rooms - Year Round All guests are served a full breakfast at 9:00 AM (other times can be arranged) in the dining room with a fireplace and a wall of windows facing Seneca Lake. The cozy living room is for our guests' pleasure also. The grounds of Paradise on the Lake Bed & Breakfast are landscaped with many varieties of flowers and plantings with many private seating areas. There are trails for cross country skiing, hiking, bird watching or just viewing nature for year round activities.

Room 1 - MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE - Rate: $125 +taxes per night.
Room #1, decorated with a light airy seaside decor has a full view of Seneca Lake from it's wall of windows opposite the Queen size bed. The room also includes wireless internet access, clock radio and soft plushy robes. This room has a huge private bathroom down the hall. Cable TV is available upon request. The bathroom has a double vanity sink, large whirlpool bathtub and separate shower with plenty of room to move around in.

Room #2 is a plush, romantic hideaway with it's own private bathroom with a shower. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, wireless internet access and clock radio. Cable TV is available upon request.

Room # 3, is a larger room with a private door onto the upper deck. This room has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has a Queen size bed, wireless internet access and clock radio. Cable TV is available upon request.

Room # 4, is a two room Suite with its own private bathroom with a shower, and a sitting room with a wall of windows facing Seneca Lake. The sitting room has a day bed with an additional pull-out twin bed to sleep two comfortably and wireless internet access. It has a separate door into the hall. The main bedroom is separated with an archway. It also has wireless internet, clock radio and a door into the hall. Cable TV is available upon request. Additional charge of $25 per person for 3rd and 4th guest.
