All Rooms - Year Round
All guests are served a full breakfast at 9:00 AM (other times can be arranged) in the dining room with a fireplace and a wall of windows facing Seneca Lake. The cozy living room is for our guests' pleasure also. The grounds of Paradise on the Lake Bed & Breakfast are landscaped with many varieties of flowers and plantings with many private seating areas. There are trails for cross country skiing, hiking, bird watching or just viewing nature for year round activities.
All rooms have a queen-size bed, clock radio, hair dryer, wireless internet, cable TV and a private bath.

Room 1 - MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE - Rate: $140 +taxes per night.
Notice: as of December 2012, Room #1 will be on the first floor. What was once Room #1 on the second floor will be part of renovations and not exist in the present format. However,at the moment, Room #1 is decorated with a light and airy decor has a full view of Seneca Lake from it's wall of windows opposite the Queen size bed. This room has a huge private bathroom down the hall. There are soft, plush robes for your short walk to the bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity sink and shower with plenty of room to move around in.

Room #2 is a plush, romantic hideaway with an ensuite bathroom which has been newly renovated and has a shower.
This room has a queen-size bed, window air conditioner, clock radio, wireless internet, cable TV and a private bath.

Room # 3, is a larger room with a private door onto the upper deck. This room has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Room 4 - MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE - Rate: $150 +taxes per night.
Room # 4, is a two room Suite with its own private bathroom with a shower, and a sitting room with a wall of windows facing Seneca Lake. It has a separate door into the hall. The main bedroom is separated with an archway.
This room has a queen-size bed, window air conditioner, clock radio, wireless internet, cable TV and a private bath.
